As a candidate, you should bring a minimum of 20 years of executive management experience within the financial services sector, demonstrating a strong background in asset management and global operations. Advanced quantitative and analytical skills are essential, alongside expertise in change management and a profound understanding of asset management functions and outsourced services. An exceptional educational background is vital, with an undergraduate degree required and an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
