Description: • We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Artificial Intelligence to lead digital transformation initiatives. • As a key leader, this individual will drive strategies for smart manufacturing, connected operations, and the adoption of next-generation technologies. • The role involves overseeing large-scale transformation programs, implementing data-driven decision-making, and modernizing legacy systems with emerging technologies.

Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a digital strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce emerging technologies such as advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights. • Conduct market analysis to identify competitive advantages and technology trends. • Modernize systems by phasing out outdated software and hardware while integrating cloud-based and IoT solutions. • Oversee large-scale transformation programs, focusing on operational optimization, predictive analytics, and automation. • Optimize manufacturing processes, enhance supply chain visibility, and improve product quality through connected factory solutions. • Explore AI applications for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and efficiency improvements.

Required Skills & Abilities: • 10+ years of leadership experience in technology-driven industries. • Strong technical foundation in data science, engineering, or operations research. • Proven experience in Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and IoT adoption. • Strategic mindset with a focus on business transformation and operational efficiency. • Strong collaboration skills, working across departments such as procurement, supply chain, and service operations. • Ability to drive data-driven decision-making through analytics, IoT sensors, and digital twins. • Change management expertise to ensure seamless adoption of digital solutions.

Desired Skills: • Master's degree preferred. • Experience in leading AI-driven process optimization and automation projects. • Knowledge of KPIs such as OEE, MTTR, downtime reduction, and productivity improvement. • Understanding of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes (RCCA) to enhance efficiency.

Compensation: Pay Range: $140000K-$200000K
