Job Description: Overview: As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a business partner with line management to implement work system improvements that positively impact business profitability. You will provide expertise in performance management, employee engagement, diversity, recruitment, training, and change management. Responsibilities:

Educate, coach, and counsel leaders on performance management processes and tools. Advise on engagement and diversity to build effective teams that achieve business goals. Recruit hourly and salaried employees using best employment practices and maintain positive college relations. Develop leaders and teams, identify training needs, and implement cost-effective delivery systems. Educate and coach line management on company policies, federal, and state regulations to ensure fair and consistent HR practices. Promote and participate in communication strategies to deliver timely information on business issues and employee concerns. Research and introduce HR best practices and technology to enhance organizational strategies. Represent management in employee relations, including policy interpretation and administration. Champion change management efforts to foster a reliability culture and implement significant changes with a bottom-line impact. Skills and Certifications:

Manufacturing HR experience

required. 2+ years of HR experience

required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Experience in manufacturing HR. Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance with federal and state regulations.
