extroverted, motivated sales professional
with 1-8 years of experience. No prior construction or power tool knowledge is necessary; we provide comprehensive training. This role involves developing sales strategies, supporting regional managers, and traveling approximately 5-6 days per month to meet customers and develop territory managers. Responsibilities
Develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers within the territory to promote growth and market share. Assist in scheduling, order placement, presentations, and administrative duties to support sales growth. Mentor and counsel Territory Managers on best practices and customer approaches. Maintain effective communication with supervisors and participate in conference calls. Support development of programs, sales strategies, and trade show management. Travel as required to meet customers and develop the team. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business/marketing or 8 years of relevant experience. Proven sales experience within the territory. Effective communication skills with staff and customers.
