The Role We're seeking a highly skilled engineer with deep expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and modern AI architectures. You'll be building core AI systems to process and analyze continuous video streams from thousands of devices across active construction sites, meeting strict latency and reliability requirements. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work will directly shape the future of AI in industrial applications.
What You'll Do Design and optimize advanced CV models, including vision transformers, temporal models, and multimodal AI systems for construction activity recognition. Build scalable infrastructure to process continuous video streams from thousands of hard hats across job sites. Deploy and monitor CV models in real-world environments with strict performance requirements. Integrate human labeling workflows with AI predictions for continuous model improvement. Combine visual data with contextual information to produce deeper insights. Solve complex challenges in real-time video processing on edge devices in harsh conditions. Scale ML training and inference infrastructure to handle massive datasets efficiently. Develop novel approaches for temporal activity recognition and progress tracking. Build efficient pipelines balancing edge and cloud processing. Collaborate with hardware engineers to define custom device requirements. What We're Looking For
Deep experience in computer vision, ML, or related fields. Strong expertise in modern CV architectures (VLMs, CNNs, LSTMs, transformers). Proven track record building scalable, production-ready AI systems. Experience deploying models in real-world, latency-critical environments. Comfortable working with massive video datasets. Bonus: Background in multimodal AI, industrial applications, edge AI, or construction-related industries. Additional Details
