Our client is a fast-growing technology company transforming one of the world's largest industries through cutting-edge AI and computer vision. Backed by $5M in seed funding from top-tier investors, the company is building real-time video analysis systems that drive efficiency, safety, and productivity at scale. With hundreds of devices already deployed in the field and rapid expansion toward a Series A, this is a rare opportunity to join early, ship impactful AI systems, and help define the future of an industry that touches trillions of dollars of global spend. What You Will Do Design, train, and optimize advanced computer vision models (e.g., transformers, temporal models, multimodal systems) for activity recognition and progress tracking. Build scalable infrastructure for processing continuous video streams from thousands of wearable devices. Deploy and monitor models in real-world environments with strict requirements for reliability and low latency. Develop hybrid human-in-the-loop systems that integrate labeling and AI predictions for continuous improvement. Collaborate with hardware teams to align model requirements with custom device development. Architect efficient data pipelines balancing edge processing with cloud-based analysis. Drive innovation in multimodal AI by combining vision, temporal, and contextual data for deeper insights. Ideal Candidate Background 3+ years of hands-on experience in computer vision, machine learning, or a related field. Strong track record of shipping production ML systems, ideally with PyTorch, distributed training, and model serving. Expertise in modern CV architectures (VLMs, CNNs, LSTM, transformers) with real-world deployment. Background in video analysis, temporal modeling, or action recognition. Experience working with large-scale video datasets and annotation workflows. Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Preferred Experience with multimodal AI systems (vision + language + temporal). Exposure to industrial applications such as robotics, autonomous vehicles, edge AI, or construction/manufacturing technology. Familiarity with edge-device deployment and hardware/software integration challenges. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range of
$130,000 - $300,000 , depending on experience. Significant
