Job Description: The GenAI Adoption Manager will drive GenAI implementation across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) for one of our key clients. This role will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and the GenAI leadership team, ensuring that use cases are properly assessed, prioritized, and delivered using state-of-the-art GenAI tools and practices.
Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with LOB stakeholders to identify, refine, and prioritize GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives. Work with the GenAI CIO and technical teams to scope and plan implementation of selected use cases. ssess feasibility of GenAI application across domains and guide the translation of business problems into technical solutions. ct as a thought partner to business leaders, educating them on GenAI capabilities and constraints. Track adoption metrics, value realization, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain a use case backlog and ensure alignment between business priorities and the GenAI roadmap. Facilitate solution design sessions, working with architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. Stay current on advancements in GenAI, agentic systems, LLMs (Claude, Titan), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and others), and platform tools (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
