Are you ready to lead and optimize our client's inventory planning and operations?

Our client is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional to spearhead their cross-functional planning processes. This pivotal role involves aligning operational execution with business strategies, ensuring a seamless balance between demand, inventory, and supply. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, collaborative leadership, and experience in implementing and managing SIOP processes within a manufacturing environment. Lead the monthly SIOP cycle, encompassing demand planning, supply planning, inventory review, and executive alignment. Facilitate cross-functional consensus on demand forecasts by integrating inputs from sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Ensure inventory strategies support service level goals while optimizing working capital. Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to align production plans with forecasted demand. Identify gaps and risks in the supply plan and drive cross-functional actions to resolve them. Develop and monitor KPIs for SIOP performance, including forecast accuracy, service level, and inventory turns. Continuously enhance the SIOP process through best practices, process improvements, and technology upgrades. Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate planning outcomes and align stakeholders. Support new product introductions and transitions through integrated planning with commercial and operational teams. Champion data integrity and system utilization within planning tools and ERP systems. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or APICS certification is a plus. 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or demand planning in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of SIOP/IBP (Integrated Business Planning) principles and practices. Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and influence decision-making. Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management. High level of proficiency with Excel and planning analytics tools.
