Pay:
$ 25.00/hr
Shift/Hours: Onsite Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
• Support in the management of the implementation of Customer Experience programs that improve retailer performance and guest experience.
• Maintain databases of customer experience data. Conduct queries, data analysis and forecasting by integrating other Genesis databases.
• Document and maintain department procedures & policies for Customer Feedback initiatives (e.g., dataflow to/from suppliers, report procedures, program approvals). Identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct data analytics and advanced data discovery analysis to integrate with customer experience programs.
• Monitor program effectiveness, troubleshoot potential issues, and provide suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have highly effective verbal and written skills.
• Self-motivated, high initiative works well independently with little to moderate direction.
• Excellent Collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Physical requirements: Normal office duties
Pay Details:
$25.00 per hour
