is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Legal Assistant
with a minimum of three years of experience in
corporate transactions and franchise law
to join our
Las Vegas office . This position supports attorneys in managing a dynamic workflow and delivering exceptional administrative services to our business clients. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and possess strong technical and organizational skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage complex and high-volume calendaring for attorneys and clients Coordinate frequent and detailed travel arrangements Serve as a primary point of contact for clients; screen calls and maintain strong client relationships Draft and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and legal documents Create and manage spreadsheets using formulas and pivot tables Handle attorney time entry and billing processes Maintain client files in both physical and digital formats (NetDocs) Provide support during corporate closings and franchise transactions Uphold confidentiality of all firm and client matters Assist with front desk/reception duties on an as-needed basis Perform other administrative tasks as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Specialized Legal Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in
corporate transactions , ideally with exposure to
franchise law Familiarity with
closing processes ,
entity formation , and
corporate governance documentation Technical Proficiency
:
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills , especially: Excel: formulas, pivot tables PowerPoint: creating professional presentations Outlook & Word: managing calendars, formatting legal documents Experience with
document management systems
(NetDocs). Administrative & Organizational Skills
:
Strong
calendar and travel management
skills. Ability to
multi-task
and
prioritize
in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with
billing and time entry systems . Communication & Client Service
:
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills. Professional demeanor with
strong interpersonal skills
for client interaction. Ability to
maintain confidentiality
and handle sensitive information with discretion. Personal Attributes
:

High school diploma required ,
Bachelor's degree preferred -especially in legal studies, business, or a related field.
