Job Summary

The

Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing all procurement activities that support the delivery of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts to production teams at the Wilmington, North Carolina plant. This role primarily involves desk work but requires occasional movement to the Storeroom to assist with parts procurement and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Documentation M anage non-disclosures and certificates of insurance for over 900 suppliers. Process approximately 5 to 10 new supplier additions annually and over 300 supplier change requests. Manage PeopleSoft part cleanup and review stock-out part sheets. Back-up Support for Storeroom MRO Replenishment Monitor and expedite order issues. Review order confirmations and purchase price variance reports. Follow-up on vendor and purchasing inquiries. Invoice Resolution for Procurement/Wilmington Plant Facilitate invoice resolution for production parts. Assist PeopleSoft users at Wilmington Plant with invoice issue resolution.

International Shipments Pr epare shipping memos as required. Pull parts from Storeroom for shipment preparation. Manage Repair Process for Inventory Parts Investigate repairs returned to Storeroom. Process bin-to-bin transfers and shipping memos. Track repairs monthly against inventory and purchase orders.

Stores Inventory Management Co nduct daily cycle counts and raw materials counts (coating and inks). Assist with inventory relocation for improved flow and cycle count accuracy. Perform bin-to-bin adjustments as necessary .

Required Qualifications Supply Chain experience. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas. Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong interpersonal skills including tact, patience, flexibility, and courtesy. Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solvin g abilities.

Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher preferred but not required with appropriate work experience. Knowledge of proprietary drawings/parts handling. Familiarity with inventory control procedures and procurement policies.
