Primary Responsibilities The Executive Director of Financial Technology Transformation will lead our Finance department in crucial transformation and automation initiatives, driving the strategic adoption of AI, machine learning, and RPA. This role will oversee systems integration, reporting consolidation, and team development, aligning actions with KeHE’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Essential Functions Technology Leadership:
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance Finance capabilities. Intelligent Automation:
Lead the implementation of AI, RPA, and machine learning solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making. Systems Integration:
Consolidate reporting and planning tools into a unified, scalable platform. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with various leaders to execute enterprise-wide AI and automation strategies. Productivity & Innovation:
Identify technology-driven opportunities to enhance effectiveness. Planning Platform Ownership:
Manage FP&A systems to meet business needs. Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a team dedicated to Finance transformation and support. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Senior leadership experience in Finance, Technology, or Transformation within large organizations. Proven success implementing AI, RPA, and financial systems. Deep knowledge of planning and reporting tools and automation platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with executives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including configuration and support. Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes. Background in fintech, consulting, or digital transformation. Certifications in AI/ML, RPA, or financial systems. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT required. Master’s degree (MBA, MS) and/or CPA preferred. 12+ years in Finance or relevant field. 8+ years leading teams.
