In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients-contributing directly to the success of the business by ensuring a smooth and organized office environment. You'll work closely with the financial advisor and team, handling key administrative responsibilities and building strong relationships with clients and prospects. Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in the financial services industry a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience using CRM systems This position requires that you possess the following skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor High attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented and able to work independently when needed Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and professional client-facing experience-both in person and over the phone Schedule and confirm appointments; manage the advisor's calendar Schedule tasks and workflows for staff and advisors to ensure timely follow-up and operational efficiency Prepare necessary paperwork and follow up to ensure timely completion of all required items Prepare meeting materials, account summaries, and follow-up documentation Maintain office supplies, client correspondence, and organized filing systems (paper and digital) Manage the CRM and Metrics reporting Record notes and key points from client conversations Assist with outreach efforts including newsletters, blogs, website updates Assist in preparing all efforts in event planning, including logistics, materials, and client communications Provide operational support for client reviews, financial plans, and back-office initiatives Handle client requests and resolve basic service issues with professionalism and care Salary:
$50,000-$55,000 based on experience Benefits:
PTO 401(k) after 1 year of employment Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Some evenings required for client events
