Base pay range
$40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are paramount? Eissman Wealth Management is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and enhance the client experience in our Kennesaw, GA office.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—contributing directly to the success of the business by ensuring a smooth and organized office environment. You’ll work closely with the financial advisor and team, handling key administrative responsibilities and building strong relationships with clients and prospects. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term growth in the financial services industry and who enjoys creating meaningful client experiences while keeping operations running smoothly.

- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the financial services industry a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience using CRM systems
This position requires that you possess the following skills:

Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional client-facing experience—both in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments; manage the advisor's calendar
- Schedule tasks and workflows for staff and advisors to ensure timely follow-up and operational efficiency
- Prepare necessary paperwork and follow up to ensure timely completion of all required items
- Prepare meeting materials, account summaries, and follow-up documentation
- Maintain office supplies, client correspondence, and organized filing systems (paper and digital)
- Manage the CRM and Metrics reporting
- Record notes and key points from client conversations
- Assist with outreach efforts including newsletters, blogs, website updates
- Assist in preparing all efforts in event planning, including logistics, materials, and client communications
- Provide operational support for client reviews, financial plans, and back-office initiatives
- Handle client requests and resolve basic service issues with professionalism and care
- $40,000–$50,000 based on experience
- PTO
- 401(k) after 1 year of employment
Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Some evenings required for client events
