Benefits Administrator
who can manage employee benefits programs, oversee compliance, and provide outstanding support to employees and retirees. This is a
direct hire opportunity
for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment.

Manage and administer employee benefit plans (health, dental, life, disability, FSA, retirement, etc.) Oversee new hire and annual open enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates Provide guidance to employees, retirees, and dependents regarding benefits, policies, and claims Ensure compliance with all benefit regulations (HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, FMLA) Partner with brokers, vendors, and consultants to evaluate and improve benefit offerings Supervise benefit staff and ensure quality and compliance in all benefit-related processes Reconcile benefit invoices and maintain accurate records Coordinate special programs including Service Awards, Retiree Reception, and wellness initiatives
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in benefits administration Strong knowledge of benefit plan design, compliance regulations, and vendor management Experience with HRIS/benefits systems (Bentek, NaviLine, SC PEBA, or similar) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and diplomacy Professional benefits certifications (CEBS, CBP, or similar) preferred
