As a team member with Michael Hallers State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. After grasping the basics of the industry, you will write policies as they are requested from new and existing policy holders upon request. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to learn the industry. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Our office is open Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5. I have been a State Farm agent since 2007. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
