Looking for an experienced

engineering and maintenance leader

to oversee operations across multiple sites. Can you drive strategic projects, lead a high-performing team, and implement data-driven maintenance strategies that boost efficiency and equipment reliability? Automation experience is an absolute must! Responsibilities: Lead engineering projects and facility upgrades Optimize maintenance strategies and reduce downtime Manage team performance and project budgets Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Collaborate across departments to meet business goals What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/industrial environments Strong knowledge of RCM, CMMS, and project management Proven team leadership and budget oversight What We Offer: $115K–$130K salary (DOE) Full benefits, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more Ready to lead with impact?
