About the Role: Avon Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Service Manager (ASM) to help lead our service drive! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous automotive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow their career in a well-established dealership.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in service customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
Communicate service recommendations and repair needs
Help organize and manage rental and loaner vehicle logistics
Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, providing timely updates
Handle follow-ups and support phone inquiries
Ensure smooth vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes
Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the service team
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a dealership or service-related role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
