Business Development Manager / Account Executive
LaSalle Network is growing, and we're looking for driven Business Development Managers / Account Executives to join our award-winning team in downtown Chicago. Whether you're an experienced B2B sales professional or a recent college graduate with a sales internship under your belt, this is your chance to join a nationally recognized firm with a proven track record for developing top performers. You'll manage a blend of existing accounts ready for expansion while also hunting for new opportunities; building relationships, solving client challenges, and closing deals that have a real impact. Business Development Manager / Account Executive Responsibilities: Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, client events, and other creative channels Expand relationships with existing accounts, acting as a trusted partner to help clients achieve hiring goals Pitch, present, and meet with clients in person and virtually Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent and exceptional client experiences Strategically problem-solve, negotiate, and close deals with confidence Collaborate across teams to grow client partnerships and revenue streams Business Development Manager / Account Executive Requirements: B2B sales experience or sales internship experience with strong results A competitive mindset, driven by goals and performance-based rewards Ability to win new business and expand accounts through relationship-building Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities High energy, strong work ethic, and motivation to grow professionally Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (MondayThursday onsite, Friday remote) Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $60K$75K, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission, with first-year OTE up to $120K+.
