Why Bally's?
Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint. Bally's also owns Bally's Interactive International, Bally Bet, and Bally Casino, offering diverse entertainment options.
With 10,600 employees, Bally's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. The company has rights to develop land in Las Vegas after the Tropicana closure.
Following the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ('Queen'), Bally's portfolio will include four additional casinos across three states, including Iowa, adding over 900 employees, 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally's will also succeed Queen's stake in a global lottery business through its investment in Intralot S.A.
The Role:
Acts in compliance with all company and regulatory regulations and requirements. Responsibilities: Understand and respond to internal guests' needs. Communicate in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner. Provide consistent, timely, and accurate information; find answers when unsure. Use outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meet expected service delivery times as defined by department standards. Be a team player, cooperating with colleagues across departments. Speak positively about the company, co-workers, and guests. Maintain surveillance on designated areas and activities. Assist with training new Surveillance officers per standard procedures. Record any irregular activities as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Note: Employees must adhere to NJAC regulations 13:69D-1.10 and 1.11 and sign an acknowledgment prior to employment in the Surveillance Department.
Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of games, casino rules, procedures, and administration. Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the casino industry. Good communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
