The Specialty Territory Manager is responsible for selling our products within a designated region. Key responsibilities include: Demonstrating effective selling skills and resource allocation to drive results Developing and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales goals Using business analytics to inform account and territory planning Targeting high-prescribing healthcare professionals using data analysis Delivering compelling sales presentations on our products Meeting or exceeding call and sales performance targets Maintaining industry and market knowledge Utilizing clinical and disease state knowledge to inform sales strategies Completing administrative tasks promptly Attending training sessions, meetings, and conferences Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Minimum 2 years of GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred Residency in or near the assigned geography required Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to travel overnight as needed Strong business, teamwork, communication, and tenacity skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; accommodations available if unable Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary ranges from $105,000 to $145,000, based on skills and experience. Additional incentives include annual bonuses or sales plans.
