Our growing business is looking for an experienced CSR to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
The successful candidate for this role will have/ obtain a strong command of Lindsay Windows product lines, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer calls regarding product questions, service questions and general client concerns
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
Respond to customers within 4 business hours by email or voice messaging
Provide accurate quote information within 8 business hours
Input orders with 100% accuracy
Work with the sales team to stay updated on product knowledge
Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving
Customer Service Representative skills
3-5 years Customer Service experience
Building or Construction experience helpful
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing and able to work from our office in North Mankato daily!
