Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Division
9 finishes (metal stud framing, drywall hang and finish, insulation, painting, acoustical ceilings,
millwork and/or casework) for commercial construction projects. This role requires strong analytical
skills, a thorough understanding of construction materials and methods, and the ability to interpret
architectural drawings and specifications.

Essential Function: • Bid Coordination: Assist in managing a bid list and ensuring timely response to bid invitations. • Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate quantity estimates for Division 9 finishes,
including but not limited to drywall, ceilings, flooring, painting, and specialty finishes. • Project Analysis: Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to
develop a clear understanding of project scope and requirements. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management team to provide strategic bid pricing
and ensure smooth project transitions. • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities in project plans and
specifications. Recommend strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. • Documentation: Prepare and present detailed quantity take-offs, cost summaries, and bid
proposals. Maintain organized records of all estimates and supporting documentation.
