Main Function
The Production Manager for the Parker Square campus oversees all production elements for services and events at the Parker Square campus. This role ensures technical excellence, fosters a culture of worship, and supports the overall mission of making more and better followers of Christ. The Production Manager works closely with pastors, volunteers, and ministry leaders to bring the campus worship and event vision to life.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Event Leadership - Lead all production aspects for worship services and ministry events, ensuring a distraction-free, Christ-centered experience Team Development - Recruit, train, and equip volunteers, cultivating a collaborative, servant-hearted culture Vision Alignment - Partner with worship staff to implement the campus worship and production vision Ministry Collaboration - Work alongside ministry leaders to execute production needs that align with each ministry's vision and goals Technical Oversight - Manage the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production gear on campus Quality Standards - Maintain a high standard of technical excellence while fostering a Christ-centered, servant-hearted team culture Clear understanding of, and commitment to modeling our RPC Staff Values Handle and safeguard confidential church information Actively attend Sunday worship services Attend required staff meetings (1st & 3rd Tuesdays, team meetings) Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor Skills & Attributes
Minimum of 2 years of experience in church production leadership Proven ability to lead and equip volunteers, offering both technical training and spiritual guidance Strong proficiency in live audio, video, and lighting systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly Demonstrate skill in executing organizational worship and production vision while contributing personal creativity, expertise, and unique strengths Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with pastors, ministry leaders, and volunteers Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously Commitment to servant leadership and alignment with RockPointe Church's mission, values, and statement of faith Basic knowledge of, or ability to learn platforms/media used by RockPointe Church: Bamboo, TouchPoint, eSpace, Nexonia, Martus, Asana, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Ability to interact with a wide range of people compassionately and patiently Ability to self-start and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment Responsiveness and flexibility regarding time-sensitive changes and/or requests Character Expectations
