Cherry Hills Community Church
Overview
The Production Director is responsible for leading all technical production environments at Cherry Hills Community Church, ensuring every service and event is executed with excellence, clarity, and spiritual intentionality. This role oversees audio, video, lighting, and livestream systems across the campus while developing a high-performing team of staff and volunteers who serve with both technical skill and a heart for ministry. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all technical production environments (audio, video, lighting, livestream) for CHCC across campus and events. Develop and lead a high-performing staff and volunteer team; provide coaching, mentorship, and discipline as needed. Maintain and advance AVL systems, equipment, workflows, and safety protocols; champion innovation and quality. Model shepherding, servant-hearted leadership aligned with CHCC values; disciple the team and foster a healthy, collaborative culture. Partner with the Worship Pastor and church leadership to connect technical work to the church’s mission and message. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical production for live environments (audio, video, lighting, and broadcast).
