Business Development Specialist – Litigation Practice (Washington, DC or New York, NY | Hybrid)
Seeking a
Business Development Specialist
to support marketing and client development efforts for the Litigation Department of a top international law firm. This hybrid position is open to
local candidates in DC or NY
with professional services BD/marketing experience (legal industry preferred). Key Responsibilities: Manage RFPs, pitches, and proposals from planning through submission.
Draft and edit marketing materials, attorney bios, and practice collateral.
Coordinate Chambers, Legal 500, and other legal directory submissions.
Organize conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and speaking engagements.
Leverage CRM and experience databases to identify targets and track opportunities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in BD, marketing, or client relations (legal preferred).
Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
