We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries and product information. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Provide feedback and suggestions to management for improving customer support processes. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is an advantage. Benefits
