Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and effective manner. Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system. Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policy. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or communication is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Benefits
