The Quality Manager provides support to the organization's quality management system by collaborating with varying levels of Canopy staff and key stakeholders to aid with quality monitoring, and subsequent continuous performance improvement activities. The Quality Manager must be technically skilled in locating and extracting data from various sources and be able to analyze and disseminate data in a clear manner that promotes action. The individual in this role must demonstrate proactive leadership skills and initiative in working with operational and Solution staff and leaders, be successful in fostering teamwork, and demonstrate commitment to the ongoing pursuit of excellence. Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external customers, the Quality Management Committee and Solutions/Departments throughout the organization to review performance data against standards and the implementation of interventions to effect continuous improvement. Assist with analysis of key performance indicators and/or other data related to requirements. Report those findings, improvements and/or recommendations to the Quality Management Committee, Solution leaders, and other organizational leaders. Conduct evaluations based on best practices, monitors for trends and changes, and ensures findings are integrated into the performance improvement process and can be communicated back to solutions. Compile data related to key performance indicators for monthly, quarterly and yearly report compilation. Work with the Project Management Office to track and manage performance improvement initiatives. Develop training materials, presentations, or other needed resources related to best practices, or other areas related to the organization's Quality Management System. Provide coaching to staff and solution leaders related to best practices and highest standards in a variety of areas, as needed. Other duties, meetings or special projects as needed. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or social services field. 2 years of experience working with evaluation tools/methods and electronic health record data systems. Knowledge of requirements related to quality management and outcome measurement. Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to quality improvement and accreditation standards preferred. Must have proficient skills in the use of Microsoft applications. Experience in a behavioral healthcare organization is preferred. Must have a valid Mississippi driver's license and be willing to travel.
