You'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines and facility equipmentRespond promptly to breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesConduct repairs and calibrations on handheld and fixed equipmentMaintain facility infrastructure including fittings and fixturesManage spare parts inventory and place orders as neededCoordinate with production teams to minimize disruption during repairsOversee and manage subcontractors on-siteRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience in CNC maintenance (multi-axis, metal-cutting machines preferred)Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical (bearings, motors, belts), electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and OEM manualsFamiliarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practicesFlexible availability for emergency call-outsStrong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamExperience with machine alignments and upgradesFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plusPhysical RequirementsThis role requires physical agility and strength, including:Standing, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, and liftingAccessing internal machine components for diagnostics and repairsUse of manual and power tools, slings, and lifting equipmentHow to ApplyIf you're ready to bring your maintenance expertise to a precision-driven environment, apply today by uploading a copy of your resume.
