Key Responsibilities:
Conduct estimates and sell services
Identify and address maintenance risks on HVAC systems.
Clean, adjust, and repair systems while performing warranty services.
Clean condensate lines and maintain condenser and evaporator coils.
Clear drain pans and ensure proper drainage line functionality.
Learn to sell ancillary products, such as indoor air quality solutions, with training and support provided to develop your sales skills.
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited trade school (HVAC) or 1 year of HVAC experience
Sales/estimating experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
Eagerness to learn and develop upselling skills.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift, twist, bend, and carry 50 lbs
Previous experience in residential HVAC or a related field is but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces.
Strong time management skills.
