As a House Attendant with a Banquet Service Focus you will ensure all banquet and event areas are spotless before, during, and after events - playing a key part in guest satisfaction and smooth event operations.
Responsibilities
Assist banquet staff in maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe environment for guests and employees Empty trash, restock supplies, and sanitize high-touch areas Prepare tables, chairs, and linens to meet cleanliness standards Respond quickly to spills, messes, or restroom needs Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow all safety guidelines Follow cleaning schedules to maintain event spaces according to hotel/venue standards Maintain professional appearance and courteous behavior in guest areas Clean and prepare banquet spaces before events, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, stocking restrooms, and ensuring tables, chairs, and linens are spotless and guest ready. Maintain cleanliness during events by monitoring restrooms and service areas, responding to spills, replenishing supplies, removing trash, and assisting with discreet refreshes of event spaces. Clean and reset event spaces by removing trash and linens, sanitizing floors, and reporting any damages or lost items to management. Always follow safety and sanitation guidelines Uphold professional appearance and courteous behavior Requirements
Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time management Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work independently and take direction Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift Weekend and holiday availability required Benefits
