Banquet Servers

Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport
hotel. The Banquet Server is responsible for providing the highest degree of professional catering service to guests with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Greet guests Set tables, buffets, bars and snack breaks in assigned area correctly and accurately Monitor tables, buffets and breaks to keep them clean, stocked and visually appealing Professionally serve food and beverages Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods and garnishes Perform all cleaning, opening and closing duties Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly and outgoing personality Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional Ability to lift and carry heavy trays safely Ability to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays Benefits
