Manage the operational expectations and overall business success of the boutique by working with the Store Manager and corporate partners on store operations, including stock management, facilities maintenance, security, supply ordering, finance compliance, training, POS systems, and communication systems. Provide recommendations and solutions for efficient business operations. The Operations Supervisor reports to the Store Manager. Job Responsibilities

Team Management Manage Client Care & Retail Support Attract and recruit successful operations associates capable of development Train, lead, and develop the operations team; support operational training for all store staff Coach and lead performance, provide professional development, and nurture corporate culture Ensure internal control procedures are followed and monitored Streamline retail operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness Ensure store employees adhere to standard operating procedures and policies Lead health and safety procedures in partnership with the Store Manager Safeguard physical security of assets, customers, and employees Adherence to Policies and Procedures Train store employees on operational policies and procedures Enforce operational policies as per company guidelines Assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts Support risk management, security, employee issues, store cash controls, and audits Other Participate in ad hoc projects as decided by management Client Care Assist in the operation of the Client Care department to ensure efficiency and brand standards Collaborate with Store Management and Client Care to ensure staff training and adherence to directives Facilities Maintenance Recognize and address facilities maintenance issues promptly and cost-effectively Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and staff are responsible for store upkeep Profile

High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years management experience with at least two direct reports Professional presentation and excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, team player Knowledge of fashion, design, and a love of travel preferred Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Flexible to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays It is not only the ambition to craft exceptional luggage but also the courage to question the status quo that lies at the heart of everything RIMOWA does.
