Position Summary
This is a
senior-level IT leadership role
responsible for driving enterprise-wide systems transformation, strategic planning, and technology integration. The role focuses on aligning IT infrastructure with business objectives, managing ERP and other core systems, and building scalable processes to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is someone who has
already led IT transformations in growing or evolving organizations in a manufacturing environment . They have experience
integrating multiple systems, standardizing processes, and driving enterprise-wide rollouts , ideally within a company that has scaled quickly or undergone a turnaround. This position reports to the CFO and collaborates closely with the executive leadership team. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide
IT systems transformation
and integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
Oversee IT operations, including
help desk management
and third-party vendor performance, while building scalable processes.
Collaborate with executives to develop and execute
strategic IT initiatives
that enhance efficiency and support future growth.
Support and guide the rollout of
ERP and other mission-critical systems
, ensuring smooth adoption and consistent best practices.
Manage IT-related business travel logistics and provide oversight for on-site technology needs at multiple locations.
Key Skills
Proven experience with
enterprise system rollouts
and IT transformation, ideally in turnaround or growth-stage organizations.
Strong
strategic planning and leadership abilities
with a hands-on approach to execution.
Excellent
vendor and stakeholder management skills
, with a focus on aligning technology solutions to business needs.
Education & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years in IT management or leadership, with experience in
ERP implementation and enterprise-level systems integration
.
Ability to manage
local business travel (approximately 30%)
to support site needs and system rollouts.
Experience in
multi-location organizations
and cross-functional collaboration.
Location This position is
based
30 miles east of Mesquite, TX
and requires the individual to
work on-site daily
. There is
no remote or hybrid option
for this role. The position also includes approximately
30% local travel
to company sales lots across the region to support system rollouts and site needs. Company vehicle provided for regional support. Compensation
Base Salary
: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
Bonus
: Up to
30% performance-based bonus eligibility
