Role- SAP QMLocation- San Diego,CAKey Responsibilities & Skills (Commonly Requested): SAP QM Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of various SAP QM functionalities including: Quality Planning (inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, sample rule determination) Quality Inspection (inspection lots, results recording) Quality Control Quality Notifications Quality Certificates Quality Reports Batch Management Integration: Experience with SAP QM integration with other modules like PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PM (Plant Maintenance), EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), and sometimes MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). Implementation & Support: Full life cycle SAP project experience (implementation, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support). Troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Conducting business needs analysis and identifying key requirements. Developing and conducting training programs for end-users. S/4HANA Experience: Increasing demand for consultants with SAP S/4HANA expertise. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries like food & beverage, manufacturing, process industries (QM-PI), healthcare, etc., can be a plus. Consulting Skills: Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are often required, especially for lead or architect roles.
