As a Junior Manager, youll be responsible for assisting in the management of properties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. This includes lease administration, income/expense management, physical facilities management, and tenant relations. Your Responsibilities:
Maintain current knowledge of state regulations and community policies. Assist with field activities for properties. Oversee tenant service requests. Maintain positive tenant relations. Perform quarterly property inspections. Coordinate insurance requirements. Develop and distribute tenant communication materials. Prepare check runs, capital trackers, and financial forms. Assist in monthly report and budget preparations. Build industry contacts and relationships. Promote positive team interactions. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment. Skills & Qualifications:
Two years of on-site management experience preferred. Bachelors degree in business or related field. CAM license preferred. Strong customer service skills. Ability to interpret complex documents. Interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, sitting, walking, occasional climbing. Extended computer and phone usage. Detect auditory/visual alarms. On-call 24/7. Flexible working hours and weekends. Driving as needed. Respond to emergencies promptly. Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. What We Offer:
