to join our growing team. This position involves patrolling client properties, ensuring safety, and maintain a strong presence throughout the shift.

Description:
21+ years of age Armed CREDENTIALS (FOID card, 40 HR Armed Training Certificate, recent firearm requalification) Handcuff certification High School Diploma, GED/Transcripts required 2 Plus years of experience as a Security Officer is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of following complex instructions Strong interpersonal skills Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screening, background investigation, and psychological screening Knowledge of security operations and procedures Must be able to work weekends and or holidays
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct Adhere to all company service and operating standards by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly, and professionally always Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues Follow all client site specific duties, as required and outlined in post-orders Utilizing verbal de-escalation techniques to manage potentially volatile situations and prevent the need for force.
Schedule:
Available shifts include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible and dependable.
