SUMMARY:

We currently have an opening for a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing organization. This position will require working at our Riverdale, NJ manufacturing plant (Headquarters for the Americas) however, occasional business needs may dictate differently. Travel to our other Camfil locations will be required.

The Recruiter will primarily be responsible for day-to-day recruiting functions, including but not limited to: job postings, candidate sourcing, preliminary interviewing, candidate selection, background checks, and on-boarding activities to include on-site rapid drug tests and other duties as assigned primarily for manufacturing positions to start.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to those listed in the Summary section above, the following are duties necessary for the position

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting activities for all levels of candidates (exempt, non-exempt, and production employees) to include developing job descriptions & job postings, sourcing, resume screening/submittal, interviewing, assessments, presenting offers, and onboarding activities. Design and drive innovative recruiting branding campaigns to attract top talent to Camfil as an employer of choice. Source internal and external candidates using internal job posting process, direct sourcing, internet, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and networking. Utilize advanced recruitment sourcing techniques and creative approaches to locate passive and non-passive candidates. Work closely with HR representatives and field management to provide extraordinary customer service and to provide timely updates. Meet with hiring manager and associated HR representative to conduct recruitment assessment to determine needs, selection criteria, timing, and set expectations and strategies. Timely scheduling and logistics coordination of candidate pre-screening and interviews. Travel 20-30% to U.S locations as needed. Collaborates with the HR business partner & hiring manager in identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Occasionally handle new hire onboarding paperwork. Maintain regular recruiting reports and applicable progress reports. Proactively provide trends, observations, and feedback to hiring managers, HR representative(s), and other applicable leadership. Provide excellent customer service to the candidates, hiring managers, and Human Resource team in the field. Participate in continuous improvement efforts for the HR function. Align closely with the Recruiting manager to stay ahead of recruiting administration, trends, and proactive service approach. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred. At least 5years managing all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process, preferably in manufacturing and/or sales environments. Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to constructively and positively influence others; self-starter with high accountability. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees, candidates, and external parties. Proven track record of building collaborative and consultative partnerships. Proficient in the use of all recruitment tools including social media, software, etc. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS. Ability to maintain and safeguard confidential information and provide a positive image for the company in all situations. Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize workflow, multitask, meet deadlines and remain flexible. Stay fluent with employment laws as they relate to recruitment and onboarding processes. Strong continuous improvement mindset and desire for action. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details. Self-starting with the desire to own and drive outcomes, with excellent ability to self-manage time and priorities. A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and flexible professional approach. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
