Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO. This is a crucial role for someone who thrives on managing a busy schedule, handling communications, and keeping a wide range of administrative tasks running smoothly.

What You'll Do:
Calendar Management:
Schedule, coordinate, and manage the CEO's daily and weekly appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication Hub:
Draft, proofread, and send emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO. You'll also be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Task Management:
Support the CEO with various administrative duties, including organizing documents, preparing presentations, and running errands as needed.
Information Flow:
Ensure a seamless flow of information by following up on key tasks and providing reminders to keep projects on track. Who We're Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role is essential.
Tech-Savvy:
You're comfortable with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and can quickly learn new systems.
Highly Organized:
You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communicator:
Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch.
Problem Solver:
You're resourceful, proactive, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
Discreet:
You'll be handling confidential information and must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $30.00
