Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay : $22 - $28 per hour, based on experience
Employment Type : Direct hire
What You'll Do
Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure continuous operation
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Use hand tools, power tools, welders, and precision instruments to repair and maintain machinery
Work with equipment such as die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserters, bindery equipment, folders, and conveyor systems
Manufacture or repair parts using lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses when needed
Perform precise adjustments for alignment, pressure, and flow to optimize machine performance
Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions

What We're Looking For Strong industrial maintenance experience with both mechanical and electrical systems Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic systems Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of geometry, shop math, and formulas to calculate measurements and alignments Skilled in precision measurement and adjustments for machinery alignment Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs
