Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing manufacturing team in Coppell, TX. This is a great direct hire opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical skill set, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (occasional Saturdays required) What You'll Do Inspect, diagnose, and repair production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic components Install, adjust, and replace mechanical parts to minimize downtime Operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, etc.) to fabricate or modify parts Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication and inspections Use CMMS for work order tracking and maintenance reporting Support TPM programs and maintain ISO-compliant documentation Lead or assist with continuous improvement initiatives Train operators on basic equipment maintenance and safety Respond quickly to breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests

Requirements Solid mechanical maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems Experience using CMMS and machine tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
