Job Description
Welder/ Fabricator Automation Personnel Services is looking for Welders/fabricators for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing manufacturer of custom-fabricated storefronts, sunshades, architectural metals, and building supplies.
Pay Rate $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Welder Fabricator
Duties and Responsibilities Perform MIG, STICK and TIG welding on aluminum and steel components for storefronts, sunshades, and architectural metal products. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication. Operate fabrication machinery, including shears, brakes, and saws, to cut and shape metal components. Assemble and weld components according to project specifications and quality standards. Inspect completed welds and fabricated products for accuracy, durability, and quality compliance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company and OSHA safety standards. Welder

Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a manufacturing or construction setting. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, especially with aluminum and steel. Must be able to pass the on-site welding skill test. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Experience operating fabrication machinery (shears, brakes, saws, etc.). Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials as required. Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in metal fabrication.
