Qualifications:

Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior administrative experience.

Bachelor's degree required; degree in business administration or finance preferred.

Job Description:

The Operations Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the operations of facilities and MPCS property management. This role is a combination of facility operations, requiring strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Lifting and transporting athletic equipment and boxes not exceeding 40 pounds

Responsibilities:

The Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following:

• Ministering compassionately and sincerely so they may continue to grow in their faith.

• Accepting the work at Mount Paran Christian School as a personal calling and identify themselves as ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Providing constant support to the Director of Operations with facilities management and school operations

• Assisting with the preparation of correspondence to vendors

• Processing purchase orders, invoices, and other budgetary documentation related to facilities and operations

• Assisting with scheduling and tracking of preventative maintenance and facility inspections to ensure optimal building inspections

• Assisting with the planning and execution of operations -related projects, renovations, and event setup

• Tracking and reporting on budget changes, assist with monthly budget reports, and investigate variances

• Assisting with budget administration, reviewing expense reports, and maintaining financial records

• Acting as a point of contact between the transportation department and other departments, vendors, or the community

• Coordinating or assisting with special administrative projects as assigned, which may include data gathering and report preparation

• Compiling and logically format statistical data and prepare special reports as requested

• Addressing operational issues, analyzing processes, and suggesting improvements to management

• Assisting and supporting the compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Providing excellent service to both internal and external customers, handling inquiries, and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients

• Complying with conditions as stated in employee contract and handbook

• Modeling appropriate Christian behavior in speech and actions

• Any other duties as assigned
