Base pay range

Senior Project Manager
who has previous experience within

four-year degree in construction management or construction engineering . Proven track record of
leading teams to success and profitability . At least
10 years of project management experience , handling contract values ranging from
$10 million to $100 million . Main Duties & Responsibilities: Establishes and nurtures relationships with potential customers, quickly building a strong network. Plays a vital role in building and maintaining customer relationships. Skillfully negotiates the business and legal terms of construction contracts. Consistently meets customer satisfaction goals, creating loyal and enthusiastic clients. Delivers high-quality, well-designed, and profitable projects, meeting or exceeding expectations. Achieves financial targets for the team. Ensures timely and effective management of the team’s accounts receivables. Resolves warranty issues promptly and efficiently. Completes general administrative tasks accurately and on time. Participates in or leads presentations and negotiations with owners and clients. Oversees design development, budget planning, and project scheduling. Supervises a team of Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants as needed. Leads the development of procurement strategies, including bid preparation, negotiation, and subcontract awarding.
