Job Description

Build Personalized Treatment Strategies: Identify patients' needs and develop customized therapy plans to aid them in achieving their functional goals Execute Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize evidence-backed practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities Work with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, holistic care Instruct Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress at home Monitor and Document Development: Track clinical outcomes and adjust treatment as needed, ensuring patients stay on course Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Continuing education or post-grad certifications encouraged and supported Certifications

Active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required Skills

What You'll Be Doing

From guiding stroke patients through fine motor rehabilitation to helping orthopedic patients regain mobility after surgery, you'll use every ounce of your expertise to provide person-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.
