Job Responsibilities Create Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' physical skills, cognitive function, and daily activities Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive care across disciplines Guide and Teach Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on effective therapy approaches that support recovery at home Evaluate Progress and Adjust Plans: Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is mandatory Key Skills
