TEKsystems is currently hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!
Job Description:
To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government rules and regulations.
To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.
Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day
Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience preferred
Ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook
Ability to navigate multiple systems
Thinking outside of the box, being resourceful
Evaluate on what the member needs would be
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 11:30am - 8:00pm (will have Sundays off and one week day off)
Pay: $17/hour
Location: Pensacola FL/ hybrid schedule after training with 2 days per week onsite and 3 days remote
Start Date: October 14, 2025
