Delinquency Control Counselor
TEKsystems is currently hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA! Job description: To control/collect on past due consumer loan and credit card accounts within the first 30 days they are in delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss. Additional skills and qualifications: Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive inbound calls. Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day. Bachelor or associated degree with retail or sales experience preferred. Call center orientated fast pace with aggressive goals. Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook. Ability to navigate multiple systems. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.95/hr.
