Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work together with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care. Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and caregivers on therapy methodologies to encourage continuous improvement in a home setting. Track and Report Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring that patients are on track to meet their goals. Education
